Where do you ship to?
Currently we only ship in Europe, to the following countries:

+ Austria

We are working on getting our Happy Healthy products to the rest of the world as soon as possible.
Please contact us if you are interested in purchasing from outside of these EU regions.

What are your shipping costs & delivery times?
Shipping costs and delivery times are dependent on where in Europe you are located. For all orders above 70 euro, shipping is for free.
Orders placed by 10am CET time (Monday to Friday) will be processed and shipped the same day. Orders placed after this time will be shipped the following business day (Monday to Friday).

What about refunds and returns?
A customer may return their purchase as per the terms & conditions from Happy Healthy you+, which follows the distance selling regulations:
+ the order needs to be cancelled within 14 days from the receipt of the product, and
+ the packaging, box and sachets must be unopened and the seal not broken, further
+ the customer must send a cancellation e-mail containing their order number, product purchased, purchase date as also stipulated in the terms & conditions to info@hhyou.nl within 14 days of receipt of the product.
+ Any return shipping costs will be at the expense of the customer, and a full refund excluding delivery costs will be processed within 14 days of Happy Healthy you+ receiving the returned goods.
+ If we did not receive the returned goods, your refund cannot be processed, unless you can provide proof of postage/dispatch.

What payment methods can be used?
We use Shopify Payments through which you can purchase using Visa & Mastercard, IDEAL, Apple Pay, Google Pay and PayPal.
